From old rootstock vines, with low yield per hectare.
Vinification:
The harvest begins in the last days of August. These three grape varieties are vinified together. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with the temperature controlled at 16 ℃, to preserve its fruity character.
Characterictics:
Wine with intense aromas of citrus fruits, white flowers and herbs, refreshing while leaving a pleasant aftertaste with duration.
Alcoholic Strength:
12%
Ideally accompanied by Mediterranean dishes, mainly fish, seafood, and white meat.
