From ungrafted vines of the lowland Zakynthos vineyard.
Vinification:
The harvest begins in the first ten days of September. The grapes are crushed and then put into a stainless steel tank where the must remains in skin contact for a few hours with the temperature fluctuating at quite low levels.
Characterictics:
It has attractive aromas of lemon blossom, raspberry orange, wild strawberry, and cherry. It has a rich body refreshingly pleasant leaving a long aftertaste.
Alcoholic Strength:
12,5%
Perfectly accompanies seafood, fish, pasta with white and light red sauce as well as grilled meats. Variety of cheeses and cured meats.
