The grapes come from the plains and mountainous vineyard of Zakynthos.
Vinification:
The harvest begins in the first ten days of September. After the grapes are pressed, the must remains with the grape skins in a stainless steel tank for about 24 hours, in order to extract the pigments that will give the wine its attractive pink color. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 18-20ºC.
Characterictics:
This wine has an intense rose color with red and ruby highlights. The fruity aroma is made up of notes of cherry, raspberry, red apple. Particularly fresh and refreshing in taste, with pleasant acidity.

12,5%
Ideal accompaniment to pasta with light red sauces, white and red grilled meat, seafood, and salads.
