From old rootstock vines from the Zakynthian vineyards.
Vinification:
The harvest begins in the first ten days of September. The vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature of 15-16ºC. The fresh wine remains with the fine lees and is stirred regularly to enrich its body and taste.
Characterictics:
It has a strongly fruity aromatic character of ripe exotic fruits. It presents herbalism, spices aromas and a rich body.
Alcoholic Strength:
12,5%
Ideally accompanied by Mediterranean dishes, mainly fatty fish such as salmon, seafood, white or red grilled meat. Pasta in white sauce.
