100% Gustolidi. One of the oldest Zakynthian varieties with a small per acre yield but with excellent aromas and taste elements.
Vineyards:
Mainly from ungrafted vines of the mountainous Zakynthos vineyard.
Vinification:
The harvest starts in the second half of August as the Gustolidi variety ripens early. Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled low temperature of 15-16ºC to ensure the preservation of its very delicate aromas.
Characterictics:
With a characteristic aroma of Bougarini flowers that combine beautifully with citrus and herbal aromas and with a strong freshness given by its pleasant acidity.
Alcoholic Strength:
12%
Ideally accompanied by Mediterranean dishes, mainly fish, seafood and white meat or red grilled meat.
